Highlighting successful digital marketing campaigns that improved brand awareness and customer engagement

Role & Responsibilities

As Beemac’s UX/UI & Digital Marketing Manager, I led a comprehensive digital strategy across web, email, and social to increase quote requests, strengthen brand identity, and improve customer engagement. My work blended UX, design, analytics, and organic content strategy to drive measurable company-wide impact.

  • 66% increase in website traffic after a full UX-focused redesign in Figma

  • 40,484% boost in Instagram reach and 1,607% increase in profile visits through organic content strategy and video

  • $18,800 in revenue in the first year from a customer-focused email campaign maintaining a 33.4% open rate and 7.68% click rate

Organic Video, Real Results

Driving 40,484% reach with zero paid spend on Instagram

The Challenge

Initially, the account reached 1,507 users, drove 218 profile visits, and saw engagement from 113 accounts. Without a dedicated video strategy, these metrics remained largely stagnant.

My Strategy

With a target audience of 25–34, I implemented a creative organic Instagram strategy: posting two Reels per week that leveraged popular trends, highlighted our work culture, and shared relatable content, driving both brand awareness and supporting recruitment efforts.

The Results

Reach skyrocketed to 610,166 accounts (+40,484%), profile visits grew to 3,723 (+1,607%), and engagement soared to 30,029 interactions (+26,537%).

Revenue Growth in Action

From inbox to impact: this email campaign turned engagement into $8,400 of revenue, showing the power of well-crafted messaging.

The Challenge

Build customer trust through email by providing value without being overly sales-focused, fostering rapport and positioning our industry leaders as the preferred choice.

My Strategy

Rather than directly prompting customers to request a quote, I crafted the CTA to introduce them to a long-standing company leader, emphasizing trustworthiness and building confidence in our ability to deliver.

The Results

This single email outperformed expectations, driving $8,200 in revenue and a click rate 170% higher than average.

Bringing the Brand to Life

my role went beyond analyzing and strategizing campaigns, I was part of them. I designed the website from scratch, created paid advertisements, produced Instagram Reels, and wrote high-performing email campaigns. I even appeared in content that humanized the brand, helping build trust with our audience.

 

Across channels, these efforts drove measurable growth: increased brand awareness, engagement, and revenue, all while putting a personal touch on every campaign.
